Nancy Lee
Nancy Lee is a Taiwanese-Canadian media artist, curator, and cultural producer renowned for their interdisciplinary works. They ventured into XR with the 2017 360 dance film "Tidal Traces," produced by the NFB, and co-created "Telepresence" in 2018, blending VR with live performance. Lee's art has been showcased internationally at Cannes, SXSW, MUTEK (Montreal & Japan), and the Berlin Film Festival. Dedicated to community engagement, Lee teaches XR workshops at IM4 Media Lab and mentors at the Festival of Recorded Movement. They co-founded Chapel Sound, an electronic music and art collective, and CURRENT, a multidisciplinary initiative supporting underrepresented artists. Additionally, they serve as a board director for Love Intersections and Normie Corp, uplifting queer voices in media arts and music. Lee operates a vibrant studio in Vancouver's Chinatown, serving as a creative hub for cross-genre performances, workshops, and artist residencies. As a community consultant, Lee collaborates with Creative BC and Music BC, providing grant coaching and outreach to improve funding accessibility. They initiated two pilot programs in partnership with the City of Vancouver and supported the development of City of Vancouver's Vancouver Music Strategy.. Their commitment to promoting gender equity in the music industry is underscored by their participation in the Keychange EU Innovator program across Canada and Europe. As a Sundance Institute New Frontier Alumni and 2022-2023 artist-in-residence at the Society of Arts and Technology (Montreal), Lee collaborates with Kiran Bhumber on "UNION," a speculative sci-fi exhibition exploring 3D scanning/printing, XR, and multi-channel A/V dome theatre performance. Recently, they shifted focus towards performing dance and composing in their new show "OSMOSi: 422 Unprocessable Entity," and a documentary project titled "Woven Memory" alongside Soledad Muñoz.

Mai Trang Trinh
Trang Trịnh (she/her) is a mother, classical pianist, educator and arts leader. Born and raised in Vietnam, Trang is now grateful living on the land belonging to the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. With over 10 years of executive leadership in arts non-profit, Trang Trinh is a Forbes 30 under 30 lister, committed to advancing social change through the arts. Her work in equity, artistic & organizational leadership excellence was recognized in multiple prizes such as United Nation-Habitat Charlotte Peace Designer Prize, the US Department of State Fulbright Program, the Atlantic Fellowship, the UK Alumni Arts & Culture Award, and the Korean Culture Center Culture Ambassador. As an artist, Trang made her debut in London in 2006 under Edward Gardner OBE and is considered one of the best pianists of her generations (Institut français du Vietnam). She was selected as one of Vietnam's finest artists and cultural leaders in 2020 (Goethe Institute & Hanoi Grapevine). As an educator, she co-penned Vietnam's national primary music textbook reformation and guest lecture at the Vietnam National University. Trang is the founder of Miracle Choir & Orchestra (El Sistema Vietnam), a free after school music program for equity-deserving children, pioneered accessible Relaxed Performance for classical concerts through Wonder Arts & Education and in 2022, Trang became the founding CEO of Vietnam Youth Orchestra and Vietnam Youth Music Institute. Trang holds a Master Degree in Arts Leadership from the University of Southern California, LA. Her Bachelor's and Master's degree in piano performance are from the Royal Academy of Music, where she was elected as an Associate in 2018 for her distinguished contribution to the field. Trang is honored to be serving as the Executive Director of Chapel Sound Art Foundation.

Alger is the associate curator and coordinator of Atelier254, a multi-use community space in Chinatown that supports marginalized and underrepresented artists and cultural producers in the city. He was the former curator of the Mount Pleasant Community Art Screen, a community-generated billboard art screen platforming local and commissioned public art. In his own art practice, Alger explores kinship, community, love, and grief through photo documentation, filmmaking, and archival investigation.

Through their solo music project x/o, they explore transformation and duality, with genre-warping productions drawn on ambient, nu-metal, trip-hop, and experimental club. Their music has been released on Precious Metals and Quantum Natives, with features in The Wire, Resident Advisor, and Bandcamp Daily. x/o has performed at ICA London, Palais de Tokyo (Paris), La Casa Encendida (Madrid), and Phoenix Central Park (Sydney) and participated in residencies including MUTEK Amplify at Somerset House Studios, Red Bull Bass Camp, and most recently A. Farm in Saigon. Veron is also a designer and creative director under venom-s studios. As well they are the founder and curator of Notebook, a Vancouver-based mentorship initiative focused on live electronic performance and artist development.

With over 10 years of working professionally as a graphic designer and illustrator, they've been closely working and inspired by the underground music scene in both CDMX and "Vancouver." Beginning their music explorations upon immigrating to "Canada," they started their electronic music project "Goo," which merged their influences from the Mexican sonic imaginary with noise and industrial references utilizing analogue gear. In 2021, they launched their DJ project El Ángel Exterminador to amplify Latinx artists locally, later founding Cadena and Hechizo—platforms that connect Latinx and Global South electronic music through esoteric mixes and events.

Yana Kalanzi
Yana Kalanzi aka Nalule (nah-lou-leh) is a multidisciplinary artist and curator who is based on the unceded and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tseil-Waututh) peoples, "Vancouver". She oscillates between a myriad of different artistic practices ranging from: electronic sound production, live musical sets, painting ,visual artistry and the revitalization of traditional East African beadworking. In her electronic project," Nalule" she is recognized for her creative blends, high energy sets that are highly syncopated, dynamic and emotive meant to enchant listeners as they are taken on a transcendental ride. Her bass laced sets are influenced by her ancestral spiritual practices and plant medicine. Her sets span from UK bass, jungle, dub, global club, leftfield techno and breaks. Yana intends on launching a new project next year, Lotus.Inc that explores live PA musical production, singing, songwriting and VJing as an additional medium to her artistic practice to explore themes of mysticism, folklore, divine sensuality and esoterism. Her new project will be influenced by black rave culture, UK club genres and sonic renditions from the Global South.

Their practice invites audiences to reimagine how sound can shape shared spaces and collective futures.
